Directions to Lyons Office

While traveling westbound on US 36 into Lyons, turn right on 2nd Avenue, just before Nepal Restaurant and after the Outlaw Saloon.  The clinic is in a yellow stucco building half a block up 2nd Ave on the left side of the street.

Directions to Boulder Office

From downtown Boulder head east on Arapahoe.  After the light at 55th St., continue east and merge into the 3rd left hand turn lane to enter the Burning Tree Office Complex, directly across from the Flatirons golf course.

 

 Continue straight (north) past the first three buildings. I am located in the last white concrete building on the right. The entrance is on the west side and and I am located on the 2nd floor.
